In the past two years, Yorkton has shown a substantial growth in building construction levels; new construction values increased by almost $17.5million over 2007, for a total of $62,305,125, a new one year high
The value of residential renovations, additions and alterations increased in 2007-2008 by 46.8% to $1,657,703, reflecting the investment by landowners in improving the quality of the existing housing stock
